Shipping

• Delivery times vary by destination; most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
• To start a return, email banijoni178@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
